Resignation of Councillor Mark Bennett

The Town regrettably must announce the resignation of Councillor Mark Bennett. As a young first-time Councillor Mark brought a fresh perspective to the Town Council and he will be missed. We wish Mark and his family well on their move to the family farm and are pleased they will still be regular members of the greater Magrath community. Further information regarding a by-election to fill the vacancy will be forthcoming in the next few weeks.
Photo ID required to vote Primary Photo ID : Driver’s licence or Alberta ID card. Secondary Photo ID – Passport • If you are using a passport as your photo ID, you will also need to provide a secondary form of identification that shows your address. Acceptable documents include insurance papers, utility bills, bank statements, property tax assessments, or other government benefit statements.
The last day of compost bin pick up is Friday Nov 7.
Saturday, October 18th is open for bookings from 7 am with the last slot time ending at 6 pm.
