Bylaw 1311.  relates to an application made by the property owner requesting to rezone their property from R1 - Residential to  C2 - Highway Commercial. To read the draft bylaw please click here


Additionally, the Bylaw has a provision that would add the use of "Office" to the C2 Zoning.


Bylaw 1311 is an amendment to the Town's Land Use Bylaw. The current Land Use Bylaw can be reviewed here.
