Public Notice - Sale of Town Property

The Town of Magrath hereby announces its intention to sell Lot 10, Block 74A, Plan 2312358, as shown on the attached map, at less than market value.

The dimensions of the property are 2.6 m x 45.73 m or 118.89 m2 (8.53’ x 150’ or 1,279.5 ft2). The property was originally acquired by the Town for drainage purposes; however, an underground storm drain pipeline has been installed in the area, making the lot redundant for drainage use.

The intended sale would be to an adjacent landowner for consolidation into their property.

Public Hearing:

Any person affected by this land sale is welcome to attend and voice their concerns or comments at a public hearing on December 10, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chamber.
