Multicourt

July 21, 2022
Stop climbing the fence! The gates are open!

Mayor Cook and former Mayor Barnett along with Councillors from both terms tossed the opening tip-off tonight at 5:00 signaling that The Magrath Multicourt is now open for all your Basketball, Pickleball, and Tennis recreational desires!

Please note, as posted on each of the court entrance signs, other activities are not permitted on the courts. The lines and surface coating are specifically formulated paints for these types of recreational courts and will wear prematurely if misused for other activities. Equipment like skateboards, scooters, roller blades, bikes, hockey sticks, and other hard objects are not permitted. Please use other more appropriate sites in Town such as the skate park, trail, or the old tennis court (where we have put two nets for street hockey) for all these other activities.
Game on!

Magrath Days represent a time where we all reflect about how our community is growing and to look hopefully into the future. This special video was created to commemorate that endless spirit. From our pioneering roots to the vibrant community we are today, this milestone is a tribute to the people, places, and stories that have shaped our town across generations. A place where kids can be kids. A place for learning, working, and thriving. A place where community comes first. Whether you were born here, moved here, or just love visiting, this is your story of growing with us too.
