The Ridge Regional Public Safety Services Committee provides regional municipal policing within its member communities. This Committee is in the process of formalizing itself into a Regional Services Commission and this body shall oversee the operations of our regional community peace officer service.
This Committee is governed by an elected official from the County of Warner, the Town's of Magrath, Milk River and Raymond and the Village of Stirling. Each municipality establishes their own municipal education and enforcement priorities annually and contribute either on a per capita or on an hourly basis. The officers help protect and educate residents, as well as enforce municipal and provincial bylaw and laws.
